About MCSAP
The Milwaukee County Substance Abuse Prevention (MCSAP) Coalition was established in 2011 as a countywide initiative. MCSAP was formed with the aim of increasing systematic and coordinated approaches for impacting environmental change to reduce substance abuse in the county.
