The Milwaukee County Substance Abuse Prevention (MCSAP) Coalition was established in 2011 as a countywide initiative. MCSAP was formed with the aim of increasing systematic and coordinated approaches for impacting environmental change to reduce substance abuse in the county. MCSAP addresses policies, practices and programs in our two current priority areas: marijuana use among youth and fatal drug overdose, with a particular emphasis on prescription drugs.Learn More
